Mango Dream Smoothie

You've got to try this absolutely delicious sugary sweet smoothie I whipped up this morning!

Ingredients:

10 dates ( I used Parnoosh dates) 

2 cups of frozen mango

1 cup of coconut dream

2 mandarin oranges

Great smoothie to give you a boost of energy for your day!

Recently released their second album Ice on the Dune in June 2013.

Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore are an electronic synthpop dance music duo from Australia who put together a fantastic musical performance with unique costumes and choreography. 

My favourite songs from the new album are Awakening, I'll Be Around, and Old Flavours.

Great relaxing song for summer.

Todd Terje - Inspector Norse
By far my FAVOURITE song this past year. A great song to groove to while having a private solo dance party in your bedroom or to keep you company on a walk/run (both of which I've done :P).
